I'm running illustrator CS3 on windows7 and upon installation the scripotgrapher window is opening up thousand of time and makes the program unusable

any suggestion?

I am not sure I understand what you are experiencing. Could you take a screenshot of what is happening and post it here? Also, what do the files in the Logs directory inside the Scriptographer directory say?
