I can not install on Scriptographer

I can not install on Scriptographer, windows 7 32 bit system, illustrator TSS5. moved folder in Adobe Illustrator CS5 \ Plug-INS. Windows x86 Offline 19.26 MB jre-7-windows-i586.exe utanovlen, the window does not appear. in what could be the problem?

I still have issues such errors.

first:

null java.lang. nullPointerException at com. scriptographer. loader. loader. loadClass (Lo)

Unable to create Scriptographer Engine.
