Scriptographer.org - Scriptographer doesn't show u...

Hi all, I've just updated to Scriptographer 2.7.040 for Illustrator CS4
( Release Date: 20 March 2010 ) for Windows and I'm currently running into this problem: the Scriptographer buttons and menu voice don't show up no more.
Maybe it's correlated with the fact that, while Illustrator starts and should load the scriptographer plugin, it makes the typical windows "clunk" sound, like it trows an error or something.
I've checked the installed Java version, which in my system is 6, update 18.
So, I closed Illustrator, deleted Scriptographer, then re-started Illustrator and the problem disappeared. Then I closed it again, reinstalled Scriptographer and re-started Illustrator once more, but the problem re-appeared.
The previous version 2.7.037 ( Release Date: 8 March 2010 ) worked nicely.
Hope that somebody can help.

Me too, scriptographer doesn't show up for cs4 and win. xp, strange!

Even the previous version 2.7.037 ( Release Date: 8 March 2010 ) now doesn't work. Can't figure out why. Later I'll try to re-install JRE to see if the problem persists.

Could you please try out my solution on page 3 of this discussion here? If you have updated JRE in the meantime, this would explain the problem, as the new JRE seems to consume more memory, causing this issue on some machines.
